Are you trying to lose weight? Most people naturally want to lose it quickly, but evidence shows that gradual weight loss leads to a person's ability to keep it off. A healthy rate of weight loss is one to two pounds a week. Don't look for the next weight loss craze or fad diet which can lead to a roller coaster effect of your weight fluctuating up and down. This can be very discouraging. Make a healthy lifestyle change and shoot for a goal of one to two pounds a week for the best long term success.
