We'll start with a free consultation. This is when I can get an idea of your current fitness level, any limitations, eating habits, any current exercise routines in which you participate, and your goals for the future. If (after our initial conversation) you'd like to move forward, I'll perform a physical evaluation which includes some basic strength and endurance tests, and a check of your balance. stability, and flexibillity. With a thorough evaluation, I can gather as much information as possible which will help me to design the very best plan for you that will get you results.

 

I also like to take the time to hear your concerns and get a sense of your attitude toward fitness. Everyone requires, and deserves, his/her own approach to achieving desired results. I consider it my duty as your personal trainer to discover what that approach is and to design your program around YOU.
